This adds a warning when a YAML file is lacking a SPDX header on first line, or it uses incorrect commenting style. Currently the only YAML files in the tree are Devicetree binding documents. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
