Introduce a Kconfig variable that will indicate whether to include support for floating point in the kernel. For now this is always enabled, and will be made configurable in a later patch. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
