This patch adds a recalculation of number of MSI-X vectors for VMDq in the case where we have less vectors available than we would want to reserve for VMDq. It fixes the issue where we recalculate vectors left and vectors wanted but we didn't take into account the reduced number of queue pairs per VSI. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
