Document the compatible value for the RAVB block in the Renesas R-Car V3U (R8A779A0) SoC. This variant has no stream buffer, so we only need to add the new compatible and add it to the TX delay block. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
