Julian Wiedmann d188cac397 s390/qdio: keep track of allocated queue count ... Knowing how many queues we initially allocated allows us to 1) sanity-check a subsequent qdio_establish() request, and 2) walk the queue arrays without further checks. Apply this while cleanly splitting qdio_free_queues() into two separate helpers.
