clarify documentation for net.ipv4.igmp_max_memberships ...
This patch helps clarify documentation for
net.ipv4.igmp_max_memberships by providing a formula for
calculating the maximum number of multicast groups that can be
subscribed to, plus defining the theoretical limit.
