commit de0a01f5296651d3a539f2d23d0db8f359483696 upstream. Enable PCIe reference clock. There is no remove function that's why this should be enough for simple operation. Normally this clock is enabled by default by firmware but there are usecases where this clock should be enabled by driver itself. It is also good that PCIe clock is recorded in a clock framework. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
