Addressing this tools/perf build warning:
Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/perf/arch/x86/entry/syscalls/syscall_64.tbl' differs from latest version at 'arch/x86/entry/syscalls/syscall_64.tbl'
diff -u tools/perf/arch/x86/entry/syscalls/syscall_64.tbl arch/x86/entry/syscalls/syscall_64.tbl
That didn't result in any tooling changes, as what is extracted are just
the first two columns, and these patches touched only the third.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
