This patch moved the flags and ifindex fields from struct mptcp_addr_info to struct mptcp_pm_addr_entry. Add the flags and ifindex values as two new parameters to __mptcp_subflow_connect. In mptcp_pm_create_subflow_or_signal_addr, pass the local address entry's flags and ifindex fields to __mptcp_subflow_connect. In mptcp_pm_nl_add_addr_received, just pass two zeros to it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
