When flush cqe, it needs to get the pointer of rq and sq from db address space of user and update it into qp context by modified qp. if rq does not exist, it will not get the value from db address space of user. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
