Zhu Lingshan e0136c16fa vhost: replace -1 with VHOST_FILE_UNBIND in ioctls ...

This commit replaces -1 with VHOST_FILE_UNBIND in ioctls since
we have added such a macro in the uapi header for vdpa_host.
