If an MST connector was disabled in the old state during a commit, the connector's best_encoder will be NULL, so we can't look up mst_mgr via it. Do the lookup instead via intel_connector->mst_port which always points to the primary encoder. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
