When received an unknown vector 0 interrupt, there is not a helpful information for user to realize that now. So this patch prints out the value of the status register for this case, and uses dev_info() instead of dev_dbg() in hclge_check_event_cause(). There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
