Paul Mackerras e61ccc7b0c powerpc: Emulate vector element load/store instructions 
This adds code to analyse_instr() and emulate_step() to handle the
vector element loads and stores:

lvebx, lvehx, lvewx, stvebx, stvehx, stvewx.
