Zhang Xiaoxu e6546d5412 cifs: Fix wrong return value checking when GETFLAGS

The return value of CIFSGetExtAttr is negative, should be checked
with -EOPNOTSUPP rather than EOPNOTSUPP.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
