- Hide LDFLAGS_vmlinux from decompressor Makefiles to fix error messages
    when GNU Make 4.4 is used.
 
  - Fix 'make modules' build error when CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF_MODULES=y.
 
  - Fix warnings emitted by GNU Make 4.4 in scripts/kconfig/Makefile.
