First set of patches for v5.15. This got delayed as I have been mostly offline for the last few weeks. The biggest change is removal of prism54 driver, otherwise just smaller changes. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
