The only usage of the ops field in the loopback_cable struct is to call its members, the field it self is never changed. Make it a pointer to const. This allows us to constify two static loopback_ops structs to allow the compiler to put them in read-only memory. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
