[ Upstream commit afd306a65cedb9589564bdb23a0c368abc4215fd ] The Broadcom BCM5750x NICs may be multi-function devices. They do not advertise ACS capability. Peer-to-peer transactions are not possible between the individual functions, so it is safe to treat them as fully isolated. Add an ACS quirk for these devices so the functions can be in independent IOMMU groups and attached individually to userspace applications using VFIO. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
