With 63 non-merge commits, this is not a large merge window for USB peripheral. The largest changes go to the UVC gadget driver which a few folks have been improving. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
