To be able to construct a zone append bio we need to look up the btrfs_device. The code doing the chunk map lookup to get the device is present in btrfs_submit_compressed_write and submit_extent_page. Factor out the lookup calls into a helper and use it in the submission paths. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
