ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Add SCMI reset support
SCMI reset controllers are used in the ARMv7 STMicroelectronics stm32mp
boards:
- for STM32MP13: stm32mp135f-dk
- for STM32MP15 boards with SCMI variant, introduced by commit 5b7e58313a77
  ("ARM: dts: stm32: Add SCMI version of STM32 boards (DK1/DK2/ED1/EV1)")
  * stm32mp157c-ev1-scmi
  * stm32mp157c-ed1-scmi
  * stm32mp157c-dk2-scmi
  * stm32mp157a-dk1-scmi

Linux kernel

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
