For jited bpf program, if the subprogram count is 1, i.e., there is no callees in the program, prog->aux->func will be NULL and prog->bpf_func points to image address of the program. If there is more than one subprogram, prog->aux->func is populated, and subprogram 0 can be accessed through either prog->bpf_func or prog->aux->func[0]. Other subprograms should be accessed through prog->aux->func[subprog_id]. This patch fixed a bug in check_attach_btf_id(), where prog->aux->func[subprog_id] is used to access any subprogram which caused a segfault like below: [79162.619208] BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000000 ...... Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
