The read of s_head in the hfi1_make_rc_req() and qib_make_rc_req() lack the necesary barrier instuctions. Correct other ACCESS_ONCE() warnings in the same file. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
