Use the new nsec based cputime accessors as part of the whole cputime conversion from cputime_t to nsecs. Also convert posix-cpu-timers to use nsec based internal counters to simplify it. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
