commit 072a28c8907c841f7d4b56c78bce46d3ee211e73 upstream. We have the server interface list hanging off the tcon structure today for reasons unknown. So each tcon which is connected to a file server can query them separately, which is really unnecessary. To avoid this, in the query function, we will check the time of last update of the interface list, and avoid querying the server if it is within a certain range. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
