Nathan Chancellor ef8fc6b741 MIPS: lantiq: Explicitly compare LTQ_EBU_PCC_ISTAT against 0
[ Upstream commit c6f2a9e17b9bef7677caddb1626c2402f3e9d2bd ]

When building xway_defconfig with clang:

arch/mips/lantiq/irq.c:305:48: error: use of logical '&&' with constant
operand [-Werror,-Wconstant-logical-operand]
        if ((irq == LTQ_ICU_EBU_IRQ) && (module == 0) && LTQ_EBU_PCC_ISTAT)
                                                      ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
arch/mips/lantiq/irq.c:305:48: note: use '&' for a bitwise operation
        if ((irq == LTQ_ICU_EBU_IRQ) && (module == 0) && LTQ_EBU_PCC_ISTAT)
                                                      ^~
                                                      &
arch/mips/lantiq/irq.c:305:48: note: remove constant to silence this
warning
        if ((irq == LTQ_ICU_EBU_IRQ) && (module == 0) && LTQ_EBU_PCC_ISTAT)
                                                     ~^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 error generated.

Explicitly compare the constant LTQ_EBU_PCC_ISTAT against 0 to fix the
warning. Additionally, remove the unnecessary parentheses as this is a
simple conditional statement and shorthand '== 0' to '!'.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
