Bard Liao f0e3c36a52 ALSA: hda: intel-dsp-config: add PCI id for TGL-H

Adding PCI id for TGL-H. Like for other TGL platforms, SOF is used if
Soundwire codecs or PCH-DMIC is detected.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
