For the same reasons we already cache the leftmost pointer, apply the same optimization for rb_last() calls. Users must explicitly do this as rb_root_cached only deals with the smallest node. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
