Krzysztof Wilczyński f183120843 PCI: hv: Remove unnecessary use of %hx 
"dom_req" is a u16 but varargs automatically promotes it to int, so there's
no point in using the %h modifier.  Drop it.

unnecessary %h[xudi] and %hh[xudi]") and 70eb2275ff8e ("checkpatch: add
warning for unnecessary use of %h[xudi] and %hh[xudi]").
