Add a gigantic comment above vmx_check_nested_events() to document the priorities of all known events on Intel CPUs. Intel's SDM doesn't include VMX-specific events in its "Priority Among Concurrent Events", which makes it painfully difficult to suss out the correct priority between things like Monitor Trap Flag VM-Exits and pending #DBs. Kudos to Jim Mattson for doing the hard work of collecting and interpreting the priorities from various locations throughtout the SDM (because putting them all in one place in the SDM would be too easy). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
