I was reading the memory barries documentation in order to make sure the RISC-V barries were correct, and I found a broken link to the atomic operations documentation. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
