In this patch, the remaining static init verbs in VIA codec driver are converted to the standard snd_hda_add_verbs() calls. The conversion is straightforward, but one change to be noted is the place of calls: since these verbs are supposed to be executed at the beginning of the init / resume procedure, we need to add snd_hda_add_verbs() calls before calling the other parsers. https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
