William Tu f989d546a2 erspan: Add type I version 0 support.
The Type I ERSPAN frame format is based on the barebones
IP + GRE(4-byte) encapsulation on top of the raw mirrored frame.
Both type I and II use 0x88BE as protocol type. Unlike type II
and III, no sequence number or key is required.
To creat a type I erspan tunnel device:
$ ip link add dev erspan11 type erspan \
            local 172.16.1.100 remote 172.16.1.200 \
            erspan_ver 0

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
