Currently it is not possible to build just one .o file inside
a subdirectory, because the subdirectories lack a Makefile.
Add a Makefile to the mlx5 subdirectories.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
