Even when SF devices are supported, the SF device table allocation
can still fail.
In such case mlx5_sf_dev_supported still reports true, but SF device
table is invalid. This can result in NULL table access.
Hence, fix it by adding NULL table check.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
