The delalloc reserve stuff calls this directly because it cares about the qgroup accounting stuff, so export it so we can move it around. Fix btrfs_block_rsv_release() to just be a static inline since it just calls __btrfs_block_rsv_release() with NULL for the qgroup stuff. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
