remove hack to activate applets from floating area

--by using the new approach from plasmaviews that take
into account paddings, any hacks to activate applets through
other codepaths are not needed any more.

drop ShadowedRectangle workaround
...
--new kde frameworks have solved the main issue
of very big shadows for very narrow background
thickness. On the contrary a secondary issue occurs
that in the previous case the shadows are masked
outcut for ShadowedRectangle implementation.
