net, net-dns: don't spam lo iface

Putting any configuration into /etc/net/ifaces/lo/resolv.conf
makes etcnet *overwrite* /etc/resolv.conf, while putting that
into /etc/resolv.conf itself makes e.g. vzctl --nameserver
*append* to what's been specified.
