desktop+lxqt, desktop+lxqt+extra: update lists packages

- replace easypaint in desktop+lxqt, builded with qt5
- cleanup qt4 applications
- drop cool-retro-term (it is certainly cool, but not required)
- clementine allowed for all platforms
