f6f20b6400 mixin.mk: not use use/x11/xfce/full for mixin/regular-xfce 
The goal of the change is to replace xfce4-screensaver with
light-locker. xfce4-screensaver has problems, at least on the
Raspberry Pi:

384f33ec7b realtime.mk: Not add efi=runtime to EFI_BOOTARGS 
efi=runtime enabled efivarfs suppot for realtime kernel.
But enabling this option results in high latency system response
that is unacceptable for real-time.
However, the system can still be installed by selecting
'EFI (removable)'. Secure boot has been supported since
December 2020 for this grub-efi bootloader installation option.

b73541124b slinux: Use vlc on tegra
