949d005e8a slinux: fix e2k build 
plymouth might better be used through the corresponding feature
(it's the single place to know how it performs on various arches),
and some other packages are just missing.

b73541124b slinux: Use vlc on tegra 
Celluloid segfaults on Jetson Nano, so use vlc there, but keep
celluloid for other aarch64 systems.

e6ecea603f slinux: Replace pitivi with shotcut 
Pitivi is not fully translated to Russian and pulls python madules
which pulls devel-packages.
