vmcheck: Make vm_ansible_inline more verbose

Because otherwise, there's no way to see the output of the script.

Also, turn off `gather_facts` since in the majority of cases, we don't
need it, so let's avoid the overhead. We can make this an opt-in flag
later on if needed.
