Now that rpm-ostree operations are cumulative, we need to make sure we also clean up pending deployments. Also clean up the rollback for consistency. We also strengthen our ref handling. Always nuke the vmcheck ref (which might not even exist anymore if a test rebased without --skip-purge) and recreate it from the original ref. Closes: #769 Approved by: cgwalters
