Makefile: pass correct version macro
Fixes display of version in documentation header. A shell-style variable instead of a Makefile-style variable left it displayed as ISH_BUILD_VERSION. (cherry picked from commit 1e234f492c05f73c38a554a036bcf600ea9310fd)
