CLEANUP: mux-h1: Rename functions parsing input buf and filling output buf
Main functions are renamed h1_process_demux() and h1_process_mux() to be consistent with the H2 mux. For the same reason, h1_process_header/data/tralers) functions, responsible to parse incoming data are renamed with "h1_handle_" prefix.
