MINOR: server: use ha_alert in server parsing functions
Replace memprintf usage in _srv_parse* functions by ha_alert calls. This has the advantage to simplify the function prototype by removing an extra char** argument. As a consequence, the CLI handler of 'add server' is updated to output the user messages buffers if not empty.
