This renames the following functions:

cs_new_from_endp()  -> sc_new_from_endp()
cs_new_from_strm()  -> sc_new_from_strm()
cs_new_from_check() -> sc_new_from_check()
cs_applet_create()  -> sc_applet_create()
cs_destroy()        -> sc_destroy()
cs_free()           -> sc_free()

The more detailed documentation is located into the doc/ directory :
