66a34454a8 slinux: Don't install nvidia-settings 
NVIDIA_PACKAGES variable is overrided without nvidia-settings:
it is lack Russian translation.

7805792170 live-install: remove use/live-install/vnc 
installer-feature-vnc-stage2 was not builded in Sisyphus because it
does not make sense. after removing this package was supposed to
remove its dependencies, but it doesn't work in Live.

13bbf7e6e6 initrd-bootchain: exclude initrd feature kbd 
There is wrong  to configure the tty in the initrd, as this prevents
the tty from being configured according to the specified language in
the kernel cmdline.

2904f95959 l10n: create the X11 settings for keyboard layoutsk instead Xkbmap 
We do the same as in the alterator-xkb.
This change allows the system keyboard layout to be enabled in the
display managers and wayland (when is xkb used).

udev-rule-generator provides udevd-final.
Will have to remove udev-rule-generator soon, replacing it with
