tfa: Improve TOTP algorithm parsing
It is very common for TOTP URIs to contain the algorithm in lowercase, hence we convert to lowercase when doing From<&str> for Algorithm. Signed-off-by: Maximiliano Sandoval <m.sandoval@proxmox.com>
